⌨️ COURSE SYLLABUS: HINDI & ENGLISH TYPING

Duration: 3 Months (Daily 1 Hour Practice + Theory Tips)

Objective: To achieve 35+ WPM in English and 30+ WPM in Hindi with 95%+ Accuracy.

PART 1: ENGLISH TYPING SYLLABUS

Month 1: Basic Finger Placement & Keyboard Layout

• Introduction: Proper sitting posture, hand positioning, and understanding the QWERTY layout.
• Home Row Mastery: Practice of A S D F and J K L ; keys.
• Top Row Mastery: Practice of Q W E R T and Y U I O P keys.
• Bottom Row Mastery: Practice of Z X C V B and N M , . / keys.
• Shift Key Practice: Learning capitalization and basic punctuation keys.

Month 2: Word Building & Speed Building Basics

• Two & Three-Letter Words: Practicing common words to build muscle memory.
• Sentence Practice: Typing short paragraphs focusing entirely on Accuracy (बिना गलती किए टाइप करना).
• Number Row & Symbols: Practice of top row numbers (1 2 3...) and special characters (! @ # $ % & *).
• Rhythm & Consistency: Learning to maintain a steady typing pace.

Month 3: Advanced Speed, Accuracy & Exam Practice

• Paragraph Typing: Long paragraphs with complex words and punctuation.
• Live Software Tests: Practice on typing software with real-time speed (WPM) and accuracy calculation.
• Govt Exam Preparation: Mock tests based on SSC, High Court, and Civil Court exam patterns (Time-bound tests).

PART 2: HINDI TYPING SYLLABUS

Month 1: Character Learning & Script Layout

• Introduction: Understanding the Hindi layout differences (Vowels, Consonants, and Matras).
• Home Row (मध्य पंक्ति): Learning basic alphabets like क, ख, ग, घ and matras (ा, ि, ी).
• Top Row (ऊपरी पंक्ति): Learning half-letters and upper-row characters.
• Bottom Row (नीचे की पंक्ति): Learning lower-row characters and conjuncts.

Month 2: Shift Keys & Special Character Codes

• Shift Key Combinations: Learning complex and half-characters using the Shift key.
• Alt Code Shortcuts (कृत्तिदेव/रेमिंगटन): Special training for hidden or difficult characters (like क्र, द्ध, ष्ट, फ्‍, %, ़).
• Word & Sentence Practice: Small Hindi words and common sentence building to clear confusion between similar-looking letters.

Month 3: Advanced Typing & Exam Simulation

• Paragraph Practice: Typing tough Hindi passages containing numbers, codes, and complex punctuation.
• Speed & Accuracy Boost: Daily tracking to eliminate errors and push speed beyond 30+ WPM.
• Exam Software Tests: Time-based practice according to Bihar state and central government exam specifications.

📈 Course Outcomes & Daily Schedule:

• Daily Evaluation: Every student gets a daily speed report card.
