By enrolling at Nice Computer Education Academy (“the Academy”), students agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure smooth operations, safety, and a high-quality learning environment.

1. Admission Terms

1. Students must provide accurate and valid information during admission.
2. All required documents must be submitted (ID proof, photos, certificates, etc.).
3. The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on guidelines.

2. Fee & Payment Terms

1. Fees must be paid in full or according to the approved installment plan.
2. Late payments may incur a penalty.
3. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under special conditions defined by the Academy.
4. No certificate, mark sheet, or project will be issued until full fee is cleared.

3. Course & Training Terms

1. Students must follow the syllabus and training schedule provided by the Academy.
2. The Academy may update the syllabus anytime to match industry standards.
3. Training includes both theory and practical sessions; participation in both is mandatory.
4. The Academy reserves the right to change class timings, trainers, or classroom arrangements.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

1. Minimum 75% attendance is required to appear for exams and receive certificates.
2. Students must arrive on time; late entries may not be allowed.
3. Repeated absenteeism without prior notice may lead to suspension.

5. Examination & Certification

1. Students must attend all tests, practical assessments, and final exams.
2. Certificates will be awarded only upon:
3. ✔ Completion of all modules
4. ✔ Passing the final assessment
5. ✔ Meeting attendance criteria
6. ✔ Clearing all fee dues
7. The Academy’s decision regarding results and certification is final.

6. Use of Institute Property

1. Students must handle computers, furniture, and other equipment with care.
2. Damaging any property (accidentally or intentionally) will require compensation.
3. Eating or drinking inside the computer lab is strictly prohibited.

7. Computer Lab & Internet Usage

1. Computers must be used strictly for academic purposes.
2. Activities not allowed:
3. Gaming
4. Accessing inappropriate websites
5. Installing or uninstalling software
6. Changing system settings
7. Using USB drives without permission
8. Hacking or illegal downloads
9. Lab rules must be followed at all times.

8. Conduct & Discipline

1. Students must maintain respectful and professional behavior.
2. Misconduct such as disrespect, harassment, bullying, violence, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
3. The Academy may suspend or expel any student for serious misconduct.
4. Dress code or appearance guidelines (if applicable) must be followed.

9. Mobile Phone & Device Policy

1. Phones must be on silent or switched off during class.
2. Recording of lectures, staff, or other students is not allowed without permission.
3. Excessive use of phones during class may result in warnings or penalties.

10. Safety & Security

1. CCTV cameras operate for safety and discipline.
2. Students must follow safety instructions inside the premises.
3. In case of emergency, students must cooperate with staff and follow evacuation procedures.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

1. Personal information provided during admission will be kept confidential as per the Academy’s Privacy Policy.
2. Students must not share learning materials, passwords, or internal data of the Academy without permission.

12. Termination of Enrollment

The Academy reserves the right to terminate a student’s admission in case of:

1. Non-payment of fees
2. Misconduct or violation of rules
3. Academic dishonesty (cheating, plagiarism)
4. Damage to property
5. Interference with academy operations

No refund will be provided upon termination.

13. Liability

1. The Academy is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
2. Students are responsible for their own devices, books, and valuables.
3. The Academy is not liable for injuries resulting from student negligence or misconduct.

14. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

1. The Academy may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Students will be informed of major updates through notice boards or official communication.

15. Agreement

By enrolling at Nice Computer Education Academy, the student acknowledges that:
