1. Introduction

2. Admission & Enrollment Policy

- Repeated absenteeism without notice may lead to cancellation of the course.

- Practical and theory classes must be attended as scheduled.
- Students must complete assignments, projects, and assessments on time.

5. Computer Lab Rules
- Use computers only for educational purposes.
- Gaming, social media browsing, or opening inappropriate websites is strictly prohibited.
- Do not install or uninstall software without permission.
- Do not change system settings, passwords, or configurations.
- Handle computers, keyboards, mice, and other equipment with care.
- Eating or drinking inside the lab is strictly not allowed.
- Any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence must be compensated.
6. Code of Conduct (Discipline Policy)
- Students must maintain respectful behavior with classmates, faculty, and staff.
- Misbehavior, harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Use of abusive language, noise, or disturbances is prohibited.
- Students must come in clean and decent attire.
- Mobile phones must be on silent mode; unnecessary use during class is not allowed.
7. Fee & Financial Policy
- Full fee payment must be made as per the fee schedule.
- Late fees may apply after due dates.
- No certificate, mark sheet, or project will be issued until full fee is cleared.
- Installment plans (if offered) must be followed strictly.
8. Equipment & Property Policy
- Institute property (books, keyboards, chairs, projectors, etc.) must be used carefully.
- Theft, misuse, or damage of property is a punishable offense.
- Students must maintain cleanliness in classrooms and labs.
9. Safety & Security Policy
- CCTV surveillance is installed for safety and monitoring.
- Students must follow all safety instructions inside labs.
- Fire exits and emergency procedures must be respected.
- Students should report any suspicious activity to the administration.
10. Internet & Cyber Safety Policy
- Students must follow ethical internet usage rules.
- Downloading pirated software, movies, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
- Students must not attempt hacking, password cracking, or any activity violating cyber laws.
- Any cybercrime-related activity will lead to immediate termination and legal action.

12. Examination & Certification Policy
