NICE COMPUTER EDUCATION ACADEMY

REFUND POLICY (Best Professional Version)**

Nice Computer Education Academy aims to provide transparent and fair procedures for all students. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which students may request a refund of their course fees.

1. General Refund Rules

  1. Refunds are granted only under specific conditions mentioned in this policy.
  2. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration office.
  3. Refund processing time may take 7–15 working days after approval.
  4. Refunds will be made only to the student or parent/guardian who paid the fees.

2. Eligibility for Refund

2.1 Refund Before Course Start

  1. If the student cancels admission within 3 days of enrollment and before classes begin,
  2. → 80% of the fee will be refunded.

2.2 Refund After Course Has Started

  1. If classes have already started, no refund will be provided.

2.3 Wrong Course Enrollment

  1. If a student is mistakenly enrolled in a wrong course due to administrative error,
  2. the Academy will shift the student to the correct course without extra charges.

3. Conditions Where No Refund is Provided

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  1. Student decides to discontinue after classes have started.
  2. Student is dissatisfied but has attended classes.
  3. Student is terminated due to misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of rules.
  4. Student fails to attend classes due to personal issues (health, travel, exams, etc.).
  5. Student wants to change the course after the first week of joining.
  6. Fees paid for study materials, registration, or certificates.

4. Refund for Online Payment / Bank Transfer

  1. Refunds for digital or bank payments will be made only via bank transfer.
  2. Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Transfer to Another Course Instead of Refund

Based on management approval, students may request to:

  1. Shift to another course
  2. Shift to another batch or timing

This is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

No refund will be given if the student refuses the offered options.

6. Required Documents for Refund

Students must submit:

  1. Refund application form
  2. Original fee receipt
  3. ID proof
  4. Bank details (if applicable)

7. Management Rights

  1. The Academy has the right to approve or reject any refund request based on policy.
  2. The decision of the Academy management is final and binding.

8. Declaration

By enrolling at Nice Computer Education Academy, the student agrees to follow this Refund Policy and understands that:

✔ Refunds are limited and conditional.

✔ Refunds after class commencement are not applicable.

✔ All students must read this policy before paying the course fee.
